We are excited to see FET members and other professionals in person for ENVIRONMENT 2021, our annual conference that we have hosted since 1984. This year’s event will be held Tuesday, December 7 through Thursday, December 9, 2021. (The conference was delayed this year due Covid uncertainties in the spring when our venue deposits were due. We plan to return to our traditional October dates in the future).
A unique aspect that sets FET apart from other professional organizations is bringing regulators and businesses together in a non-adversarial setting to share information and provide guidance to meet compliance with environmental regulations, while maintaining economic growth. Our goal is to foster understanding of regulations and trends in the EHS field.
Attending the conference will provide you with valuable information to meet your professional needs, with three full day and two half-day pre-conference Professional Development Courses to pick from on Tuesday, along with 26 sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. The program also features an opening plenary speaker on Wednesday morning and the popular Panel Discussion on Thursday morning. First-time conference attendees can also attend an orientation on Wednesday morning as a helpful guide to navigate the conference.
On Wednesday and Thursday, we are pleased to have a variety of Exhibitors showcasing goods and services available to you. And we cap off the day on Wednesday with a free hors d’oeuvres buffet and cash bar reception. A popular FET tradition, the reception is a great way to network with your peers and unwind after a full day.
If you have questions or need more information about ENVIRONMENT 2021, be sure to visit our website at www.fetinc.org or call the FET office at 262-437-1700. If you are not an FET member, please consider joining to receive the discounted Conference Registration member rates, and enjoy the benefits of FET membership throughout the year.
We look forward to interacting with our members, exhibitors and other guests in person during three full days of activities as you learn and make connections with your peers in the environmental, health and safety field.
So mark your calendars and we will see you at ENVIRONMENT 2021!
